Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WapuuLink API, website (wapuulink.com), dashboard, WordPress plugins, npm SDK, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WapuuLink is operated by WapuuLink (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is available at wapuulink.com and api.wapuulink.com.

2. Description of Service

WapuuLink provides a REST API and related tools for WordPress developers, including:

  • AI-powered page and content generation
  • AI-powered WordPress plugin building, editing, and validation
  • Visual QA testing (screenshots, scoring, and visual diffs)
  • Remote WP-CLI command execution (health checks, plugin management, cache clearing, database search-replace)
  • SEO-optimized blog post generation
  • Automated deployment workflows

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing free credits or circumventing usage limits.

New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits to evaluate the Service. These credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. API Keys and Authentication

Each account is issued a unique API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key publicly, commit it to version control, or embed it in client-side code.

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you use API endpoints. Credit costs for each operation are published in our API documentation and on our pricing page.

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Payments are in US Dollars. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
  • Submit URLs or inputs designed to exploit server-side request forgery (SSRF) or other security vulnerabilities
  • Use automated means to create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the API without written permission
  • Exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage controls

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Service (pages, plugins, blog posts) is created using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before deploying it to production environments.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Generated WordPress plugins should be tested thoroughly before use on production sites.

You own the output generated through your use of the Service, subject to any applicable third-party licenses (e.g., GPL for WordPress plugins).

8. WP-CLI and Remote Operations

The Site Manager and WP-CLI features execute commands on WordPress installations you specify. You represent that you have authorization to manage any WordPress site you connect to the Service.

We are not responsible for data loss, site downtime, or other damage resulting from WP-CLI commands you initiate. Search-replace operations default to dry-run mode; you are responsible for reviewing results before executing changes.

9. WordPress Plugins

WapuuLink offers WordPress plugins that connect to the Service. These plugins are licensed under GPL-2.0+ and are subject to the WordPress Plugin Guidelines.

The plugins require an active WapuuLink account and valid API key to function. No data is sent to WapuuLink servers without user-initiated action.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for any damages arising from Service downtime, slow performance, or API errors.

11. Rate Limiting

The API enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage. Current limits are 100 requests per 15 minutes globally and 200 requests per 15 minutes per authenticated user. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses).

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its API, documentation, website, and branding, is owned by WapuuLink. “WapuuLink” and the WapuuLink logo are our trademarks.

Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. Content you submit (prompts, site URLs, HTML) is processed to provide the Service and is not used for any other purpose.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay for purchased credits.

Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and unused credits will be forfeited, except as required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WapuuLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
